Identify your goal and test format
TOPIK I assesses beginner-level listening and reading. Review the current requirements before planning around your reading, vocabulary and listening skills. Check paper-based and internet-based formats separately rather than applying the details of one to the other.
Review the reason for an error
Missing a sound, not knowing a word and reversing a contrast are different problems. After practice, record why you chose your answer and the evidence for the correct one. Repeated difficulties help you choose the next activity.
- Listening: distinguish sound recognition, meaning and speaker intention.
- Reading: locate people, times, places and sentence relationships.
- Mock practice: become familiar with the format you have selected.
- Review: retry the item and explain why alternatives do not fit.
Start with a manageable target
Build familiar vocabulary and short exchanges before adding timed practice. Outcomes depend on your starting point and continued work; no study tool can guarantee a particular score.
